Before you write
Some things are faster to do yourself than to ask about:
- Cancelling — one click on your account page. No email needed, and you keep the hosted voice until the period you paid for ends.
- A leaked key — revoke it from the account page. It stops working immediately, and you can create a replacement in the same place.
- Refunds — the refund policy says what is covered. Email us and quote the payment id.
- Deleting your account — email from the address on the account and we action it within 30 days, as set out in the privacy policy.
